Strategically placed, surrounded by national parks and biological reservations, at short distance from Santa Rosa National Park, Guanacaste National Park, Isla Bolaños Biological Reservation, and Junquillal Biological Reservation.

Salinas Bay, where the property is located, is famous for being a great place for sport fishing, home of a large diversity of species as tunas, roosters, wahoos, sailfish, marlin, etc., besides being very close to a place called “COCINERAS”, which is a part of the Santa Rosa National Park.

Salinas Bay is also famous as an excellent place to enjoy, in the summer months (December to May), the sport of Wind Surfing. Very near the area, and part of the Santa Rosa National Park, you can find “ROCA BRUJA” (Witch Rock), worldwide known as one of the best places to practice surfing.

You can take advantage of its proximity to the National Parks to make short trips using all terrain vehicles to enjoy the amazing diversity of flora and fauna that has made Costa Rica famous.

Another one of the advantages of the location of this site is that it is placed four kilometers from the town of “El Jobo” and therefore the urban growth is not going to affect it, and all the nearby neighbors are hotels or properties in hands of companies that plan to develop the area for a select group of tourists.

The property has electric light, phone, its own water well, and has a large variety of fruit trees, and a part of the secondary type mountain has been kept to conserve the flora and fauna of the area.

The access route is the “Carretera Interamericana” that goes through “La Cruz” City ( San José, La Cruz 280 Km or 174 miles), from there is a 17 kilometers (10.5 miles) gravel road, good for driving all year long. It is necessary to comment that for the year 2008 the necessary budget to pave the road to “El Jobo” has been approved. There is also a project for the construction of a water supply system, enough to handle the future water requirements of the area.

The property is located 70 kilometers (43.50 miles) from the Liberia Internacional Airport (Daniel Oduber), with daily arriving flights directly from USA as from Europe.

There are also local flights from San Jose into Liberia, service given by Sansa and Nature Air airlines.
